Do you want to sell your home but don't want to pay a sales agent commission? My listing only service may be the right choice for you! For a flat fee, I will create and enter your listing into the MLS for you. Its the fastest and most effective way to get your property in front of anyone who is looking to purchase via all the top real estate search engines. This is the perfect tool for the For-Sale-By-Owner client. You handle the showings and negotiations from there. This option does not include representation by my brokerage during the sale process and is just what the name states: Listing Only.

I used to think staging wasn't important to the sale of a house... until I started staging my own houses for sale, that is. Have you ever heard the phrase, 'The camera adds 10 lbs.'?
