The story of THAT house

When I'm out driving around I spend alot of time looking at houses that line the streets and my heart always skips a beat when I see THAT house. It's probably not what you think! There's no pretty landscaping, fresh paint or welcoming front porch at THAT house. I'm talking about THAT house that's pulling down the value of the surrounding neighborhood for far too long. The unloved, unwanted house that fell by the wayside long ago for some reason. The yard is overgrown, there's a broken window somewhere, and there's probably a family of racoons living in the attic (true story, ask me about it sometime when you need laugh).  Its the house that someone once loved but is now forgotten or an overwhelming burden to a family member. Whatever THAT house's story is, I want to give it a happily ever after.

 

Maybe its your house and the repairs just got to be more than you could keep up with.

 

Maybe it was a family member's house and was left to you and you just don't have the time to deal with it.

 

Maybe its a house in your neighborhood and you're just tired of looking at it and the attic racoons are rude.

 

There are many reasons why THAT house becomes THAT house and its time for the negative impact to stop.
